I’ve been discussing making a new AQW private server with a small group of others, one of whom has experience running a successful RS private server. Even with that, making a AQW private server is new territory for all of us.
As it stands now, we are yet to break ground on the project and we are not sure entirely what it will entail. I’m also unsure of what resources are available. There are some resources I’ve found on this site that look helpful while others (like oblivion) that I have no idea what they are or how to approach them yet. I don’t want to be reinventing the wheel if I don’t have to so it would be great to have some guidance on where to start.
It would be great to have advice from someone with experience in this or someone to talk to who has done this kind of thing before. What is making this server going to require? What are important resources that I will have access to?
