Publish SWF in Flash Player 9

Paste the File playerglobal.swc to

C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Animate CC\Common\Configuration\ActionScript 3.0\FP9\playerglobal.swc

Paste the File cssFlashPlayer9_0.xml to

C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Animate CC\Common\Configuration\Players\FlashPlayer9_0.xml
